A vehicle handover ceremony was held recently at KM Mobil ISUZU Showroom in Bintulu to celebrate the occasion, with IMSB’s Chief Operating Officer Masashi Nuijima and KM Mobil’s Regional Manager Kenn Tan in attendance.
IMSB’s Chief Operating Officer Masashi Nuijima said, “ISUZU GIGA EXR prime movers were built for long-haul transport, cargo, and tankers through its powerful engine horsepower and robust stature combined with superior performance, efficiency and safer drive. Our GIGA truck range has played a key role in the country’s development and construction industries and contributed significantly to the success of our customers and our brand.
Meanwhile, KM Mobil’s Regional Manager Kenn Tan commented, “On behalf of KM Mobile, I would like to thank all our customers who had chosen the GIGA EXR prime mover vehicles to support their demanding haulage needs. Their trust in us highlights the value of a strong relationship and we remained committed in serving their future requirements.
The trucks that have been handed over were the last remaining units from the ISUZU GIGA Prime series that has successfully served the Malaysian market over the last several years.
On this, Nuijima further said, “The market had continuously trusted and chosen ISUZU to be Malaysia’s top truck brand, and we are determined to maintain this sturdy position by proactively offering a diverse range of newer powertrains with advance innovations to help our customers optimize their business efficiency.”
Currently, IMSB offers the widest range of commercial vehicles in the market. The company recorded a resilient sales figure by selling over 6,880 commercial vehicles in 2025, which led the brand securing the number one spot for light-duty truck brand for the 16th consecutive year and the overall truck brand for the 12th year.
In line with its global corporate philosophy which is ‘ISUZU ID’, in time to come IMSB aims to offer newer and more enhanced value in transportation to meet the growing and evolving demands in the logistics and haulage market, as well as to better address carbon neutrality and contribute to the enrichment of societies.
