The Isuzu 3S Centre in Segamat, Johor now features the latest Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI). Sporting a modern outlook and a high level of advanced features, the refreshed outlet located on Jalan Buluh Kasap in Segamat aims to provide customers and potential customers with a recognizable, comfortable and comprehensive venue to shop for and care for their Isuzu vehicles.
Officiating the opening of the new Jumbo Arena Isuzu 3S Centre, Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, said that evolving the network was a key initiative to meet the growing population of Isuzu vehicles in the country in general and in Johor in particular.
“Johor remains a key market for Isuzu. The bustling economy and growing infrastructure here provide a fertile base for our products. Our Light Duty trucks are extremely popular, as are our D-Max models. In line with this potential, our network upgrades are necessary to meet and exceed the needs of owners here,” said Mr. Yamaguchi.
As the state with the third-highest sales contribution for Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks, and a healthy 58.9% market share for commercial trucks, the outlet upgrades are seen as a key initiative towards creating greater customer satisfaction and reduced downtime for commercial vehicle users.
To provide ample care for Isuzu owners and potential owners, the outlet sits on a plot of approximately 1,700 square metres and features a spacious facility for both sales and service. The service lounge includes a glass panel that allows customers to wait in comfort while their vehicles are attended to at one of the three service bays.
Those wishing to browse the latest Isuzu D-Max models and learn more about individual variants can do so via environmentally-friendly digital information panels. There is even a VR corner where visitors can virtually experience the various advanced safety features of the Isuzu D-Max.
