Isuzu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (IMSB) is a tripartite venture between Isuzu Motors Limited, DRB-HICOM Group Bhd and Mitsubishi Corporation. It was incorporated on 6 September 2004, with a view of strengthening Isuzu’s global reach in the region. IMSB currently distributes Isuzu products in Malaysia.

OUR MISSION

To acquire the leading position in the Malaysian automotive market by introducing superior Isuzu product line-ups of both Commercial Vehicles (CV) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) which were designed with Isuzu’s core values of fuel efficiency, durability and reliability by emphasizing on “SEE Technology” of Safety, Economy and Environment.

SALES, SERVICE & SPARE PARTS

With a high emphasis on quality, IMSB places utmost priority on customer satisfaction. All IMSB appointed dealers conforms to the “3S” concept of Sales, Service and Spare Parts in order to maintain Isuzu’s unsurpassed services to customers.

The relationship with our customer doesn’t end when the customer drives their Isuzu vehicles out the dealer showroom. We pride ourselves in providing excellent after-sales services and personal attention to our customers, who we see as “partners”.

To further bolster confidence in Isuzu products, IMSB offers 24-hour “ISUZU Doctor Mobile” support to mitigate unnecessary vehicle downtime, dedicated regional Isuzu after-sales Service Clinics road shows and specialist spare parts depot in strategic regions in Malaysia.
